ADMISSION FORM

Please visit the college office. Admission forms are available from 1st April every year. The admission form, duly completed in all respects along with the necessary documents, should be submitted to the Admission Department. If any information furnished by the candidate is found to be false or counterfeit, the admission will be cancelled immediately. All admissions are subject to verification of original documents by the competent authorities.

Application Form Requirements

• Filled in the candidate’s own handwriting
• Properly signed
• Forwarded to the Principal

PHOTOGRAPHS

Six (6) recent passport-size photographs, duly attested, must be submitted.

Documents to be Attached

• Secondary School Certificate / Mark Sheet
• Intermediate Certificate (+2) and Mark Sheet
• Transfer Certificate (TC) / Migration Certificate (for B.Sc. (N) candidates)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Character Certificate from the previous institution
• Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner

The application form may be rejected due to incomplete information or missing documents.

Final admission decisions are reserved by the College Admission Committee.

ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• An entrance examination shall be conducted by the institution.
• Candidates will be selected strictly on the basis of merit.
• The minimum age for admission is 17 years and the maximum age is 35 years as on the date of admission.
• The candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination.
• The candidate must be female, medically fit, and must submit the prescribed medical certificate duly filled and signed by the candidate and the Civil Surgeon.
